Wanda Boldon was so honest and thorough in her research and recommendations. She didn't just tell me what I wanted to hear, which I have found many agents do, but she laid out the facts. She understood my goals and laid out a thorough and thoughtful plan to achieve them. Wanda, won my total trust from day one! From a marketing perspective, Wanda worked hard and executed an exceptional marketing plan. She understands that in today's world much of the "showing" happens online. She made sure our property showed realistically and very positively online, which got lots of traffic through the front door, resulting in a quick sale. I can't say enough good things about Wanda. We had a couple bumps in the road and she stepped in and managed each and every one of them. I have sold quite a few properties in my life and have never been as happy with an agent. Wanda provided exceptional service for the recent sale of my mother-in-laws cabin at Voyager Village. We first contacted Wanda last summer prior to my mother-in-laws passing for an appraisal since we thought we were going to sell it to my brother-in-law's friend. She did a very thorough appraisal. My bother-in-law's friend ultimately decided to pass on it so we contacted Wanda to help us get it on the market and get it sold. We live about two hours away so it was important for us to have someone we could trust and Wanda was that person. She worked with us to find someone to help haul junk away and get it ready for sale. It hit the market and sold a few days later for over the asking price. We were elated. We closed on the property and we can now close out the estate.
