Wanda Smith was always very pleasant to interact with during the purchase of our home. Everything was taken care of in a timely and professional manner. We would call on Wanda again for future real estate transactions!

Both my wife and I have enjoyed working with Wanda. She's has been very helpful and responsive to our needs; always available when she's been needed to answer any of our questions. Would recommended Wanda to anyone

Wanda Smith did a great job assisting us from start to finish. She was easily accessible, always willing and able to answer our questions. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor that will do a good job for them!

Wanda was great, she always took us to places that fit what we were asking for and she walked us through the process step by step to ensure that our first house we bought went smoothly.

Wanda is a very out going person. I Found it very easy to like and trust her. When I found out she was a realtor I enlisted her help in listing my house and getting it ready to show. I could have never done it by myself and she went above and beyond what I expected and made the sale of my house possible. Then helped me find a house that I love to buy. I have had other Realtors that did not make the mark or try to help me in any way or even to listen to what I wanted. Wanda is a wonderful person and a super Realtor- She made the whole transaction go smoothly. Helping me whenever I didn't know what to do or couldn't do. The process would have fell flat on its face without her! Also helping me find the right home to purchase and answer all my questions- she knew the good locations, the conditions of the homes I was interested in - and helped me see the plus and minus of each property. She has an inexhaustible knowledge of all the home buying and selling process. Wanda Smith gave a hundred percent and above in every area. She didn't wait till I had a problem, but asked what she could do to help. Wanda Smith is very patient and kind. I enjoyed being around Wanda and she made the whole thing fun and not nearly as stressful as it would have been otherwise! I would recommend Wanda Smith to any one who wants an extraordinary selling/buying experience.

It was a pleasure working with Wanda Smith. She answered all our questions quickly and gave great suggestions and help throughout the process of selecting our home. Would definitely recommend Wanda Smith to anyone looking for a new home.
