Wayne Birkey

Wayne built our home 30 years ago . As a recent widow I knew I could trust Wayne to make good decisions for me. He is very knowledgeable and trustworthy about how things should be done . His construction knowledge was helpful to several lookers and the buyer.

Working with Wayne, my realtor was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I felt confident every step of the way. No question was ever too small, and his expertise made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. What really stood out was how friendly and genuine he was. He didn’t just treat me like a client—he treated me like family. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and was always patient, supportive, and honest in his guidance. I’m so grateful for his dedication, professionalism, and kindness. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares and will have your best interests at heart, I couldn’t recommend him more highly!

We have worked with Wayne 2 times for our realty needs and he is always a pleasure to work with. He is knowledgeable and communicates well. I felt he had our best interest in mind during all dealings. I would recommend him to any friend or family looking for a real estate agent.
