Wendy Carugno

Very informative, kept communication and updates... very satisfied with the service.

My property was a unique listing that needed someone knowledgeable with the area. Wendy Carugno went above and beyond in providing professional service and being very accessable when needed. I would definitly use her services again and will recommend her to friends and family.

Wendy is very professional and has a calm, knowledgeable demeanor. We chose her especially because she knows the area where we live and we knew she could give first hand testimonials on the joys of living in our area. She is easy to work with and available at all times for any questions or concerns we may have. She knew our needs financially and was very respectful to get the price point we needed. And she did that ... exceeding our expectations. She did a great job from the very beginning by using an excellent photographer and drone footage to showcase, as much as possible, the best attributes of our home & property location. We enjoyed every minute of working with Wendy!
