Communication is key when moving whether it's around the corner or state to state. Wendy understood our wants/needs and was spot on with the 2 days we spent with her. I would highly reccomend her to a buyer or a seller.

We called Wendy on a Sunday morning when we discovered a property that looked interesting. She agreed to meet us at the property that afternoon. We were an hour and a half away and the property wasn't close to her as well. She met us there a few times. We eventually purchased the home. She kept us in the loop during the purchase process. We would definitely recommend her to others.
