Wendy Grunewald

Both Wendy and Devin were phenomenal.

After living in our home for 30 years, we realized it was time to downsize. The whole idea felt pretty overwhelming at first. Then we met Wendy when she was hosting an open house, and we were immediately impressed by her warmth, knowledge, and authenticity. One thing from that first meeting really stuck with us. We were trying to gauge the size of the empty garage. To help us, Wendy actually parked her own car inside so we could see how it fit. It was such a simple thing, but it showed us right away the kind of person she is. We contacted Wendy the following week to discuss working with us. Wendy and Devin made the entire process smooth. They were organized and attentive to detail throughout the process of finding our condo and selling our home. What could have been a highly stressful experience turned out to be an incredibly positive one. If you are looking for a realtor, be sure to meet with Wendy and Devin as part of your selection process. They were terrific partners for us!
