Wendy Richardson

After being in my home for 40 years the thought of selling it was overwhelming. Wendy was there to seamlessly guide me through the entire process. She is a professional in every aspect of home selling and buying. Her marketing skills were excellent. She communicated on every step to be taken and why it was necessary. Offers were discussed in depth and questions readily answered. Without Wendy's expertise I might have missed the opportunity to maximize and accept a great offer on my home. Thank you, Wendy, for making the sale of my home an easy and a truly positive experience!

We believe this was a challenging project to sell my townhome. Head winds such as economy, neighborhood and the property's overall condition and marketability. Wendy's team with their expertize and dedication, they came through and found us a buyer and we are very grateful. Financially, we missed our target, but we are still satisfied that this project is behind us.
