Wendy was really helpful throughout the process. This is our first home. Even after studying the market, we got confused really quickly with all the options available in the market but Wendy made sure we are on track of our expectations. She helped us to be on the budget and stick to the list we had originally decided(which we found quite difficult, being the first time buyer). We appreciate her timely guidance and definitely recommend her.

Honestly, my opinion of realtors was not very high until this last traction. I have not bought a house since 2005 in Florida, I must say, either many things have changed since 2005 or the laws in Florida are very different than Texas. The process we just went through had many, many, many more steps than I ever remember, and I came to appreciate Wendy being there to help see us through them with clear vision. Wendy took the time to set appointments with outside council (inspectors, repair contractors) and would take her time to be on site to insure they were performing properly. I do recommend getting a realtor involved when making such a large purchase, and I would certainly recommend Wendy to be that person.
