Wes was a joy to work with. We had to sell a condo in a tough market and bad location. He was always there to buoy our spirits, with a "Keep the faith" mantra. He actively pushed on every showing, and had several Open Houses to push for the sale of our property. When we finally sold we agreed to a 30 day possession, and Wes helped us find a house that we love that we could get in the 30 days. There were lots of hair pulling moments, but he remained calm and helpful and resolved all arising issues. We now consider Wes a good friend.
