Bill L'Huillier

Bill is professional, knowledgeable about the area, listened to us in what we were looking for and went above and beyond in our search for a home in Cape Coral. He discovered that the house we wanted to purchase, we had even put our down payment on it, was not up to code. The seller had not filed any building permits on the house that had major upgrades. So Bill was a lifesaver for us finding this before we bought the house. He communicated every step of the way and answered all questions. Gave us recommendations for local businesses and even attended the closing with us. He is a caring and committed agent that does everything possible to help find the best choice for you.

Bill worked very hard for me in every way to get my wishes done. Bill knew how bad I needed to relocate back to my hometown in Indiana & he did everything possible to make that happen for me. I had a choice in the beginning & I stuck with Bill & trusted him to get my home sold. Yes if I was still located in SW Florida I would use Bill again !
