Great realtor was always on top of things and always kept me informed even though I was outside of the United states. Great job and thanks for everything

Yana was instrumental in the final stages of the construction. She provided valuable advise and afterwords sold the house in a matter of days. Selling process is stressful but she kept her cool. Well done and thank for your help.

Yana did a phenomenal job! I am stationed overseas and was afraid the process would present challenges that I might not be prepared for. Yana handled everything with great care and confidence and maintained continual communication during the process. Everything went so smooth and we closed on time. I had complete peace of mind with Yana handling the sale of my home. Yana is a true professional, someone I completely trust and am grateful for all of her hard work and patience. Thank you Yana!

After much tine considering to sell our property ourselves, we decided to contact Yana Halliwell to help us. Yana was very professional and helpful during the marketing and sale of our property, and offered exactly what we needed to take the task off our plates. Her suggestions, feedback and hands-on help during the sale preparations were very helpful to us, and our house sold within one week. The closing process was easy, as everything was prepared in advance. THANK YOU!!

Yana went above and beyond to make it possible for us to get the house we wanted and to negotiate a good price for it. All the showings were scheduled conveniently for us, we only looked at the options that fit our needs. Yana always answered her phone when we had questions. She dealt with every problem that came up during the negotiations. She was very personal and helpful. We had an amazing experience with Yana! We will definitely work with her again in the future and we will highly recommend her to our friends and family.
