Zach Adkisson was phenomenal in guiding us through our home building and buying process. He has a deep knowledge of the local area and was always willing to answer our questions, research things for us and be available for our calls. Zach also has a great understanding of the local and national economy which was a huge difference between he and other brokers we had met. We hit quite a few snags along the way and he was always able to assist us from afar (as we are out-of-state). He sent us pictures, met with vendors for us, connected us with a great builder and other good vendors we needed to use in our process. In a sentence Zach is everything you would want a real estate agent to be - honest, on top of things, and 100% customer-service oriented. If you are buying or selling real estate in the Hill Country, you could not do any better than Zach Adkisson.
