We had a couple of issues with the buyers because they were buying our house contingent that theirs sold. Zach was very helpful in negotiating closing dates with the buyers based on our needs. He worked closely with the buyer's realtor when we made a counteroffer resulting in us getting the price we wanted for closing as well.
