Great work

First time home buyer and couldn't have asked for any thing better. The entire process was about as painless as can be. Zach was willing to meet me on a Sunday and set me up with a lender that was also willing to work around my schedule and met me on a Saturday to do paperwork.

This is the second house Zack has sold for us. The previous realtor that we used was a nightmare, so we were very happy to have a professional helping us.

Zachary Adkisson went above and beyond to find our perfect house. Even though we had several constraints that made our search for a house time consuming, Zach stood by our side the whole time. Zach is professional, knowledgeable, and responsive; and I highly recommend working with him.

Zach was very flexible as we went through this process--we originally advised that we were looking for raw land on which to build a home; then we determined that purchasing a home and acreage with a view was the direction to pursue. He handled it like a champ! After spending two days with Zach viewing properties, we returned to Pennsylvania. Zach was our eyes and ears in Texas and managed the inspections, negotiations, and service issues on our behalf until the closing/move.
