Alfred Dancy

There were roadblocks which stalled the sale of the particular home I was looking at, and the process became very tension filled, as I was selling my home at the same time I was looking to buy. The purchase seemed to appear as something which would happen in a much more timely fashion than it did, and as a result, negotiations became very frustrating. Al was continually checking in with me and we collaborated on our next steps as time went on, He worked with both sides diligently to get to an agreeable conclusion which ultimately led to the purchase being successfully completed, His hard work put me at ease, and for that I would have no problem in recommending him to others.

Alfred Dancy is friendly , and hospitable. He is very professional and has adequate mastery of what he does, he gives you the pros and cons and let you make the final decisions. He is indeed someone to reckon with. He knows his job. I'm happy with what I got.

Working with Alfred Dancy (Al) was a great experience for us in our search. Al was always responsive and willing to talk about any concern or thought of ours, and we never felt pressured into any decision. At showings, Al was prompt, knowledgable, and looking out for key features we identified as important to us. I really appreciated was that Al also had a keen eye for potential structural/major concerns. When it came time to make our offer, Al was with us each step of the way. We really appreciated his input and experience (he was right on the money with his estimated value of the property we eventually landed on), and he genuinely listened to our ideas and concerns. His network was crucial in getting us to close on time and navigate negotiations with the seller. In each interaction, he was down to earth and genuine - I always felt that Al was on our side and had our best interests at heart.
