Cheryl Manganiello

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience working with Cheryl. From the very beginning, she was absolutely phenomenal and made the entire home-buying process so much easier. Cheryl’s knowledge of the area was also invaluable. She didn’t just show me houses—she helped me understand the different communities, gave me thoughtful and candid advice about the homes we looked at, and helped me think through what would ultimately be the best fit for me. I always felt that she was looking out for my best interests rather than simply trying to make a sale. Throughout the process, Cheryl was responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. Buying a home can be stressful, especially when you’re doing it from another state, but having Cheryl in my corner made a tremendous difference.am extremely grateful for everything she did to help me find my new home. Cheryl was simply outstanding, and I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone buying.

Cheryl is very knowledgeable about the area and the various types of properties available on the market. She was incredibly patient with us as we looked at many options over several years until we found the right home. She is a wealth of knowledge and helped us every step of the way. She is very easy to work with and is always joyful and honest. She never minded going out of her way to help us since we live in another state. Once we had our bid accepted, her job didn't end. She took care of every need we had through the appraisal process, inspections and remedies. She introduced us to the right people and from the beginning to the closing it was our pleasure working with her. We consider her a friend that had our best interests in mind with everything.

Cheryl met with us virtually at first to understand what was important to us in finding a house in Santa Rosa Beach. We toured 10 houses over 2 days and continued to fine tune what we liked and didn't until we found the perfect fit for what we were trying to accomplish. Will highly recommend Cheryl to and future potential buyer or seller looking in the area!
