Laura Listebarger

Laura was a rockstar realtor for me and my husband! We worked with her to purchase our first home and had a great experience. She is knowledgeable about the areas that we were interested in, and had a lot of good insight into home types, neighborhoods, and things to consider when house hunting. She also gave us the recommendation for our mortgage loan, and we were able to lock in a great deal by working with her suggested loan agency. While we were in contract with our seller, there were quite a few bumps in the road, but Laura was able to communicate incredibly well and ended up saving our deal that was almost cancelled. If it wasn't for her negotiation skills our deal would've fallen through, but she saved it! I would 100% recommend Laura to friends and family, and we will definitely be using her for our next buy/sell.

We can’t recommend Laura enough! We’ve known her for years as both our neighbor and our friend, and we’d always heard amazing things about her from people all over Columbus. My father in law also used Laura before we did, and his experience was just as smooth as ours. Even with all of that, she still exceeded our expectations. Selling a home is stressful, especially when you’re moving across the country, but Laura made the whole process so much easier. She was always available to answer our million questions, no matter how big or small, and she handled everything with so much professionalism, confidence, and patience. Whenever we started to panic, she was there to talk us through it and reassure us that everything would work out. Laura truly went above and beyond to get our house sold quickly and for the price we wanted. What really sets her apart, though, is how much she genuinely cares about her clients. You never feel like you’re just another transaction. She treats you like famil
