Brady Walters & Patrick Gaebler

We have been working with Patrick long distance for a year and a half. When our new construction in Fort Collins fell through Patrick pivoted to Denver with us. He made time to show us property when we were in town. Brady stepped in to assist with our contract revisions when Patrick was out of town. It was seamless. We'd recommend Patrick and Brady to everyone we know.

Working with Patrick (and Brady when he was covering for Patrick) was a wonderful experience. We toured Fort Collins with Patrick and saw many homes and put a deposit on new construction in Old Town North. After the builder changed the model on us, and then informed us there would be up to a 6-month delay, we were able to get out of that deal and pivoted to Denver. Patrick showed us many properties in Denver, we picked one and he guided us through the entire process up to closing (which was today). Would recomemend 100%!

Nothing but incredibly positive things to say about both Patrick and Brady. 10/10. We purchased this property with Brady ~4yrs ago and we had the pleasure of working with both Brady and Patrick when we recently sold it. They took the time to really understand what we wanted, what our limitations were, and how we ideally wanted the process to work. They know what they're doing and they got us an amazing offer on our property. If we end up moving back to the region then these two will be the first people we call. I would recommend working with both of them to anyone looking in the area!
