Peter Sterczyk

From our first meeting to the last, Peter was always responsive and he listened to what I had to say. My condo was undergoing a remediation, and my share of the total cost made it extremely difficult to sell. Peter devised a plan that brought the first real offers after it had been on the market for a year. I can't say enough about Peter as a realtor and truly lovely human being.

Peter knows how Nanaimo and the surrounding area is developing now and in the future. With each house we looked at he knew what was going to be changing in that neighborhood that might affect our decision to purchase. Peter developed an understanding of what we were looking for in a home and helped point out flaws in properties that we didn't initially see. I have been absolutely beyond grateful for the support and advice that I have received from Peter! He has gone above and beyond in taking me, as well as my mom and sister, on a year long quest to find a property that I could feel at home in.
