Sue Napier

Purchasing a 2nd home on a lake, and out of the local market is a challenge. Sue was excellent at making suggestions, doing market studies, price comparisons, and a wealth of knowledge in evaluating a property. She zoned into our desired style, wants and needs, and did a nice job making some suggestions that helped us in locating a great home. She was accommodating, and worked with other out of town realtors quite well to enable us to see properties, even while she was out of town. Communication was excellent.

Sue was truly such a miracle worker and worked so diligently to help us close on our dream business/home. Her communication is top-notch and she has a great degree of empathy and kindness. I couldn't recommend her enough!!!
