Chris Framan

I leased a property with Chris after having listed my condo with another agent He was easy to work with, professional in every way, and communicated well. I became disenchanted with the agent handling the sale of my condo when she overpriced it without checking comps, wasn't ever available to communicate with me, and didn't show the property for maximum impact. I terminated that relationship and because I had such a positive experience with Chris, I didn't really consider listing the property with anyone else. I received an offer after the first open house. The sale closed with no problems a couple of months after all the inspections, disclosures and HOA approvals were done. If I ever need another broker, I'd use Chris again.

Straightforward, listening patiently and imparting wise advice regarding real estate transactions in the Laguna Woods Village and real professional,...he is a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend his services.
