Brad Walker

Brad helped us get our first home and went to many houses that we chose to look at. He was patient with us being picky and excellent in explaining the description of each location. His recommendation for lawyer and broker were amazing too!

We had a fantastic experience working with Brad while purchasing our home! From start to finish, he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. He also connected us with an amazing mortgage broker and home inspector, which made the entire process so much easier and less stressful. We truly appreciated his guidance, professionalism, and support throughout such an exciting milestone in our lives. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and would highly recommend Brad to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

We are absolutely please on how professional and attentive Brad Walker was on helping us find a our beautiful home. As out of town buyers we relied heavily on deep knowledge of the Airdrie area/market. Brad listened to our must haves and didn't waste time in homes that didn't fit. He was always communicating with us on new listings and answered any questions or concerns. When we were ready to put an offer Brad helped us every step of the way and we were pleased with the outcome. Since we were new to the area Brad help us with other important detail such as references to services that we required. Highly recommend Brad Walker for your realestate needs.
