When the selling agency responded with a very poor reduction in price she called them. The circumstances were that the person responsible for the bids had been out and someone filled in. Adele got very strong reassurances from her, a committment to review it and we got the total reduction in price we hoped for within days!!!! After completing initial inspection, the inspector and I called her from the property to report the need for a new roof and new windows. The following morning she had window and roofing inspectors onsite inspecting, documenting the current state and quoting replacement. She then used those in the bargaining process.
