Before putting the house on the market, she recommended making several improvements to the house that had been our primary residence for the past 27 years. She saw all the little things that needed to be done and she made all the arrangements for getting them done. After a lot of contractor type work was accomplished, she hired a stager. The house looked so good I almost made an offer myself! The house was listed on a Wednesday and we had a full asking price offer the next day. During the entire process Adele never stopped working.
