Adele Suddes is the best real estate agent I've ever worked with. She is proffesional, responsive and extremely knowledgable about the local market. She made a very difficult process simple and easy. When it comes to buying or selling property, there's no one I trust more.

Enough cannot be said about Adele. I'm in the military and was trying to purchase a property across the country. Adele consistently went above and beyond to show us houses and find the most perfect home for our family. During the process she walked through the home multiple times ensuring everything was perfect for when we arrived and coordinated the minor repairs that where needed and took videos of the progress along the way. I have purchased four previous homes and sold two and have never had a real estate agent that I would trust more with a major purchase like this for your family than Adele. She really was an absolute blessing to work with and would highly recommend!!!!

Adele is very knowledgeable about properties in Nassau County. In the past 4 years Adele has helped me sell propeties on the beach and Hilliard. In addition to these properties, Adele has helped me purchase properties in Fernandina Beach and Yulee. Each time Adele made me feel like I was her only client among the many clients she was assisting. Adele is available 24-7! Adele has shown me houses early Sunday morning and took my calls or texts early morning, late evening and even when she was on vacation. Adele is professional and knows her craft! I have never been disappointed with her skills in selling and helping me purchase real estate in Nassau County, Florida. Along the way we have become friends too! I would recommend Adele for any type of sell or purchase; she is a top-notch salesperson and a great communicator.

Thank you, Adele! Your help has been of inestimable value. We appreciate your help and will certainly use you again.

Adele's the bomb. Even when we walked on a seller, Adele was still 100% with us (despite the loss of her commission). She put in a ton of work and her attitude stayed positive even after we exercised our due diligence. It worked out in the end, because the seller ended up calling us back to accept our offer. Adele put together a list of comps, got competing bids on needed repairs, and negotiated against a tough agent. When we decide to buy another Florida property, we'd gladly ask her to represent us.

We are so happy we chose Adele as our realtor. For starters, based on her research, she suggested we price our home much higher than we were thinking, and she was right on target. The house sold for over the asking price, and we had multiple offers right away. Not only is she very savvy about strategy, she has a fantastic eye and staged our home beautifully. She also promoted an alternative use for our outbuilding, which we did not even think about. She was quick to answer all of our questions, and is very well connected in the community. We built our home and lived there more than 20 years, it was stressful and not easy to leave. But with Adele's help the process was quick and painless, and we were in a great position to look for a new home. She is down-to-earth, creative and sharp.

Adele is above and beyond the best realtor! She became a friend throughout the process of selling our home and made getting through a stressful time a lot easier. Adele thinks outside the box and handles any issue or problem with ease and in a timely fashion. She is an ultimate professional and knows the real estate business better than anyone. I would highly recommend Adele to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home. She is not only a great realtor she is also a truly good person. Thank you for everything Adele!

Adele was wonderful. She has an exceptional knowledge of the marketplace and is a pleasure to work whit. She was on top of everything all the time and she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, as we are out of the area buyers. I would not hesitate to recommend her and will use her again if the need arises.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Adele Suddes to buy our condo in Fernandina Beach, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Adele was incredibly knowledgeable about the local market, attentive to our needs, and went above and beyond to help us find the perfect place. Her professionalism, dedication, and kindness made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and fun! We highly recommend Adele to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Thank you, Adele!

Adele is the absolute best!!! This is the third property she has helped us with. She goes above and beyond!! She was always available 24/7. Had our best interests at the top of her list. Knew what we wanted and didn't stop till until we were 100 percent satisfied. I would never use another realor!! The best experience!
