With over 13 miles of beaches, along with an amazing Historic District, my husband and I knew immediately that we wanted to be a part of the Amelia Island experience! Once under contract, Adele provided a detailed outline of next steps including timelines, transfer information for utilities/cable, and what to expect leading up to closing. Following closing Adele continued to provide assistance with getting keys/locked reset, troubleshooting internet issues, and answering questions about the property/community.
