We are remote - having Alice take care of all the necessary steps made selling our condo an easy process. She personally dealt with the city and HOA requirements necessary for sale. I would highly recommend Alice as your real estate peofessional

Alice was referred to me by a close friend who was also a client of Alice's. Alice understood my criteria of a desirable property very well and has thorough knowledge of the Laguna Woods housing market. I was very lucky to have her by my side as I took the journey of relocating to Laguna Woods! I would definitely recommend Alice to my friends and family!

Very easy to communicate, efficient and work around my needs.

Alice is very easy to communicate with prompt response when I have questions. She has great knowledge about LWV. I would definitely recommend her to my friends.

We were extrmely pleased with the performance of Alce Lin in the sale of my mom's property. Not only was the sale and escrow quick and professional, Alice always went out of her way to communicate how things were going and speed things along. We feel she went above and beyond and besides that she is a very nice person.
