Thanks Alice for her fantastic and thoughtful real estate services regarding to the property that I just purchased. Alice has done the excellent jobs with her enthusiasm and strong knowledge about the local real estate. As a reliable person like Alice, I would strongly recommend her to whomever is interested in the property in Laguna Woods.

Alice sold my property in 17 days, after it had been listed with another agency for 7 months without success. She knew the people to help market it attractively, and to make or repair any items as required by the community management, and understood special governance rules of my managed community as they impacted sales .

Alice is very knowledgeable to the areas and the Laguna woods village. She is very patient, And always responded timely. Strongly recommend her be your agent.

Very good

My experience with Ms Alice Lin was outstanding. She is very knowledgeable with the local real estate market, knows Laguna Woods' HOA nuances, is extremely polite, dedicated, and accommodating. She aims to ensure her client's needs are met and is the ultimate professional.

If there will be some one who is hunting a very good agent, I will highly recommend Alice Lin.
