I'd recommend Alice to all my friends and family. She knows the lay of land. We looked at many houses and sent in bids for a few houses. Lost a few bids but nothing to do with Alice. The area are just a hot market. We lived on Oahu so I looked up a few listings and Alice was nice enough to vertical view the houses I liked.
