Alice Wise was our agent in the sale of several properties and it was a no brainer to retain Alice for our most recent property sale. Alice is our "person". She is reliable, responsive and provides excellent customer service. We will use Alice for future transactions and will recommend Alice to family and friends.

Alice is a very knowledgeable in her profession and outstandingly patient with our way of dealing with real state professionals. I believe Century 21 is very resourceful Alice will always be our real state agent in the future

Alice listened to my needs and found the house I was looking for. She kept me up to date on the search. I was on Oahu and looking on the Big Island and i trusted her to negotiate for me and find what I was looking for in a house

Alice is very helpful!

I appreciated working with Alice A. Wise from the first contact and all through the process. She has great local knowledge. She kept us well informed. And we received more than expected from the sale of this lot. Mahalo to your team!

That's a good testimonial

Alice was able to help me to prepare to sell my home. All of the extra things that needed to be done that would ensure the sales process would run smoothly. Ie surveying the property, tenting, waste water inspection, etc.

To me, Alice is the best of the best.
