Having no realtor of our own, we approached the owner of the property we were interested directly. He selected Alice A. Wise, who is a colleague of his, to handle the sale. That was fine with us and the transaction went smoothly and quickly. If we have future need for a realtor we would certainly keep Alice in mind.

The sale of the property was handled long distance from CA to Hilo. At one point of the closing I had to hire an attorney in Hilo because of complications during escrow. Alice was professional ,friendly & kept me informed.

Alice was always friendly, open, and easy to work with. She was always open to suggestions. Alice’s can do attitude facilitated things greatly. She went above and beyond in her duties to get us what we needed. Alice Wise made the experience extremely trouble free especially since almost the entire transaction occurred when we had returned to California.
