Alice Wise was excellent in giving us details on the property, surrounding property sales, details on all cost of selling property. We had never even seen the property so this was important to us. If I called her on some question, she would answer immediately. She followed through on every detail. This is why I chose her over another realtor. She was always positive through a few problems we had with the sale. I would recommend her highly. Alice excels in all the above

Alice A. Wise Always kept us informed as to what was happening with our sale.

Great person

Alice made my first real estate purchase easy and stress free. She took the time to explain the entire process and she was flexible considering I'm on the mainland and couldn't sign documents in person. I highly recommend Alice Wise!
