Alice Wise really went above and beyond her services with us. Alice would always get back with us in a timely manner when we had questions and get with the sellers realtor and our loan officer to get things straight even when we did not ask her to do so. Alice even cleaned up the things that the renters had left behind to ensure the houses were in the condition we wanted it to be in and this was after the sellers realtor had sent in a cleaning crew.
