I can't recommend Anne Spry enough! She LOVES what she does and it shows. It's not a job but a passion. She was attentive and responsive. When we visited potential homes, she was detail- oriented and asked important questions of the selling agent. She provided detailed comps and added value to negotiations. Highly recommend her.

Anne Spry was fantastic in approach as to the timing of putting the house on, comparative analysis and throughout the entire process. Her preparation explaining the offers we received and utilizing the spreadsheet to compare offers was so helpful in helping us to come to a decision. Anne Spry guidance in selling my home that I lived in for 30 years was critical. She provided emotional support in the downsizing endeavor and advice on how to prepare my home for listing. Rather than feel like my home was staged I made improvements such as sanding floors and painting. As a result my home felt clean and fresh that I was able to enjoy prior to the listing. He provided timely prompts and even pitched in with moving plants off the deck as a shoulder injury prevented me from lifting.
