Her ability to come up with a market value for the house made a huge difference in how fast the house sold. Any time we had a question she was easy to get a hold of and had an answer. She really helped us navigate through some hard challenges and family situations. I am not sure another real estate agent could have managed it. Buying a home is definitely nerve racking. Beth made us feel at ease and listened to. She also said, "If you have a question on the weekend. "Call me or text me, I don't just work Monday through Friday" I don't mind. WOW. That speaks volumes to us. We were so lucky to have Beth as our Realtor.
