Bob Bracken

I have known Bob Bracken for several years thru our friendship at Miami-Whitewater Christian Church. I have a lot of respect for Bob and his unapologetic belief in Christian values. Bob is not ashamed to "walk the talk" as a true Man of God. I knew Bob was a realtor so he was my first (and only) call when it came time to sell my home. I chose Bob because it was more important to me that I deal with a friend who is a fellow Christian brother than work with someone I did not know/respect who may be regarded as the "top sales person" in a particular region, or "best new agent", etc. No complaints regarding the sale of my home and the processes required to get to final closing. Given the condition and location of my property I (we) knew it would sell quickly if priced appropriately, which it did. Bob did a good job of guiding me towards an appropriate "asking price", as the market was cooling and interest rates were climbing. Handling of the various inspections and closing details was done professionally and in a timely manner. I appreciate Bob's service as a realtor, but also as a dear friend and fellow Christian brother. Well Done Bob -- Thank You !

Bob Bracken always delivers!

On top of being an outstanding person, Bob displays notable professionalism in his work. This was our first home purchase and Bob went above and beyond to help us by providing valuable feedback, knowledge and advice. I’d recommend Bob to anyone.
