I have known Bob Bracken for several years thru our friendship at Miami-Whitewater Christian Church. I have a lot of respect for Bob and his unapologetic belief in Christian values. Bob is not ashamed to "walk the talk" as a true Man of God. I knew Bob was a realtor so he was my first (and only) call when it came time to sell my home. I chose Bob because it was more important to me that I deal with a friend who is a fellow Christian brother than work with someone I did not know/respect who may be regarded as the "top sales person" in a particular region, or "best new agent", etc. No complaints regarding the sale of my home and the processes required to get to final closing. Given the condition and location of my property I (we) knew it would sell quickly if priced appropriately, which it did. Bob did a good job of guiding me towards an appropriate "asking price", as the market was cooling and interest rates were climbing. Handling of the various inspections and closing details was done professionally and in a timely manner. We were buying our first home and was very nervous on the process or how it would work. Bob was very knowledgeable and helped us every step of the way. Bob asked the family if he could be considered to sell our family home. Bob used to live in Mt. Healthy so he was very familiar with the city and the park next to our house. He went to school at the same grade school all seven of us attended and was a good friend to my second youngest brother. He spent a lot of time at our house growing up. He was very easy to talk to, very friendly, and very knowledgeable about selling houses and what would make a house sell.
