Bonnie Nisenbaum

Our experience with Bonnie Nisenbaum as our real estate agent was nothing short of spectacular. She not only “does her homework” but she pays attention to detail, performs her research and is probably knows more about the history of the property she is representing than the owners. Her presentation is thoroughly professional while at the same time she has the unique ability to put any prospective buyer at ease. She sold our property at our asking price. You would be unwise to engage the services of anyone else. Bonnie is gem. - Janet & Michael Kadan

Bonnie Nisenbaum is the best of the best! You CANNOT find a better agent. I connected with Bonnie two years ago to assess what I needed to do to update my house to sell it. She gave me good advice, and I implemented the changes over time. Two years later when I was ready, I called her out of the blue because I found the house that I wanted to buy using an internet search. She JUMPED to help me - I was in another state, but she scheduled a walk-through using Facetime with me. I went to contract on that house and had Bonnie list my house right away. She sold it within SIX HOURS. She is THE person to go to if you want to sell your house. Listen to her input, she knows what she is doing. You will not find a more personable, knowledgeable, or experienced agent.

Bonnie was recommended to us by a friend. we spoke the same day and was very quick to set up a time to discuss our situation. she had all paperwork with her and was very knowledgeable about the area. she came through for us on a negotiated price with the potential buyer. we could not be at the closing but represented us quite well, handling all the documents. one note, the buyers agent was super impressed with Bonnie and the way she handled situations! we were thankful Bonnie had been recomended to us. we had used two other agents but there was no comparison as Bonnie was superb!
