Bonnie Nisenbaum is the best of the best! You CANNOT find a better agent. I connected with Bonnie two years ago to assess what I needed to do to update my house to sell it. She gave me good advice, and I implemented the changes over time. Two years later when I was ready, I called her out of the blue because I found the house that I wanted to buy using an internet search. She JUMPED to help me - I was in another state, but she scheduled a walk-through using Facetime with me. I went to contract on that house and had Bonnie list my house right away. Bonnie walked us through the entire selling process. Setting expectations and advising us every step of way. Communicating ongoing at every stage of the selling/buying process. Bonnie Nisenbaum was the sellers agent when we bought our house 5 years ago and we were impressed with her skills and her knowledge of the community so when we decided to sell that house 5 years later and purchase a new home, we of course reached out to Bonnie. She sold our home in the timeframe she predicted after helping us find a new home in the same area.
