My first impression of Brenda was that she was professional, sharp and hard working and was going to go above and beyond to make sure that my son was happy with the purchase of his new home. Brenda was available at almost any time of day or night, and on more than one occasion, drafted an addendum, and had it sent to me as late as midnight. My hours at work can be pretty hectic so this was very welcome.
