Working fast in difficult buyer market, Bryan made everything easy. From showing houses to zoom meetings to negotiating to getting through closing paperwork, Bryan was very knowledgeable, and personable. We recommend him highly.

Bryan was amazing and patient. he actually helped me years ago protest my taxes - i asked him why he'd do that for free and he said good things always come around. When i was looking for a house years later, I gave Bryan a call. Bryan helped gather my requirements, filter through a lot of noise and move swiftly in a competitive market. With his guidance, we pre-empted bidding wars and closed swiftly at a fair price -i'd recommend him to anyone. He's also hilarious.

We couldn't ask for a better realtor than Bryan. He is EXTREMELY patient (we ask a LOT of questions) and worked with us until we found the perfect set up. We lucked into finding Bryan when we bought the house (he was hosting the open house and we used him as our realtor as well to buy it). When we decided to sell the house, we knew we would use him again. Bryan made sure to explain everything thoroughly. He never pressured us (even when we took forever finding a new house and even backed out of a house purchase). Bryan gave us very good advice on how to set up the house for viewing (way better than any other realtor seemed to do at the houses we viewed). The advice worked; he sold our house in under 2 days at a record price for the area!!

We had previously used Byran Burke as our realtor and he did a fantastic job. We decided to reach out to him when made the decision to move years later. He was very assertive and did not pressure us into anything. The patience he had for us really helped during the whole process. He kept saying "When it's the right house, you will know". It gave us the confidence to keep looking until we found the right house. We really appreciate how much he cares. It was a smooth purchase and we trusted Bryan which really helped. He really knows what he is doing. We are very thankful.
