I've worked with Ellen and Carlos previously and the level of excellence they bring to their business dealings is impressive. A few years ago they helped my husband and I purchase our home and now they worked with me on the sale of my moms house. Carlos Gutierrez and Ellen Berkman were knowledgeable, friendly and very good listeners. At no time did they allow us to feel pressured or overwhelmed and they did quite a lot to reduce our stress. Unlike most other agents in South Florida, Carlos and Ellen were consistently on time—and often early—to all scheduled appointments. It took my wife and I a little over a year to find the right house for us and Carlos and Ellen never gave up on us. Carlos and Ellen sold our Palmetto Bay house in 2015 and we knew that we would work with them again. When we started to look again in 2020 in the middle of this crazy market they were the obvious choice. Carlos and Ellen did an amazing job assisting throughout the sale process. From marketing to negotiating offers and handling the documentation and inspections they were amazing to work with. They remained on top of the buyer throughout the contract process and gave me confidence that the process would be smooth. They were always available to answer my questions and handle any questions I had. I highly recommend working with them. One small example of the attention to detail: I had amazing sunset views so they monitored the skies in the afternoon to make sure to send the photographer over when the sunset would be the best for a picture. That ended up being the lead picture on the MLS.
