My Mother passed away and had a reverse mortgage on the property. Carlos got the property and immediately went to work even with a short fuse he told me not to worry about it that he will make it happen. And he did make it happen. Took pictures , met with potential buyers at all hours. The property had a tenant in it and could only be shown after hours. Carlos was Awesome! I can't stress that enough.
