Carol is extremely knowledgeable as to market conditions. She was excellent and knowledgeable as to the professional details of the transaction. She was friendly and professional. Beyond this, however, she added value to the transaction because her negotiating suggestions, based on knowledge of local market conditions, brought us to a better outcome than we would have come to on our own (since she knows the market here in ways that we do not).

My first point as I move forward to tell you that Carol Godfrey is OUTSTANDING agent is that the 'Recommendation from a friend/relative' should have a N/A choice .. I did not get any recommendations from a friend/relative so that aspects is not a factor in my case. Now to this point; Carol was a neighbor when I lived in Rydal. I also knew Carol through her son Gregg, (excellent coach -- was my older daughter's coach in Abington Jr HS & also for a travel team). She was my agent when I sold my house in a divorce, purchased my current condo in Beaver Hill, bought 1832 Sharon Rd in Meadowbrook, and for also my sale of the BH Condo next week.
