I was looking for someone with knowledge about College Station. After I spoke with Carol, I knew I had the right person! She did an amazing job from beginning to end and I will definitely use her again! THANK YOU CAROL!!!!

Carol listened to our needs and took note of things we were looking for in our new house. She was very patient and helpful in every step of the process.

Carol was extremely professional, always available and has excellent knowledge of the local market. The entire process would have been much more complicated without Carol. An all-star for sure!

Carol is by far the best realtor and we will go to her anytime we need a realtor! Carol is extremely helpful, provides advice and answers to questions often, has excellent strategies and ideas for both selling and purchasing, communicates our needs to appropriate parties, and is very reliable and timely when it comes to communication. The buying and selling process has been made much easier and less stressful because of her! I recommend her to anyone who discusses needs for a realtor and will continue to do so!

Bought my first home with the help of Carol. She was incredibly proactive and knowledgeable. I did not have any doubts throughout the entire process, and prior to working with Carol I was nervous about buying my first home. She was great! Will absolutely be exclusively using her services for my future purchases and strongly recommend her services to anyone in the market. A+++++++

Carol's knowledge of the area and market are amazing and her advice was indispensable. She was determined to help us find the right house, and then help us negotiate the right deal when we found it.

Carol was exceedingly patient and courteous . She was a delight and professional in all aspects .

Ms Sunseri was attentive to our time frame and available at all hours of day for our questions. She was prompt, likeable and very knowledgeable of the area...which provided helpful information in our decision making since we were from out of town. Would definitely use her services again if the need arose! Thank you Carol!
