Charley so knowledgeable about what was going on in our area, but also knew best sales technique to use. He is friendly, available,honest, and very patient. We would definitely use him again and have recc'd him to our next door neighbor. Everything just went so smooth because of Charley. I didn't have to chase after him for info. Charley did a excellent job with computer generated staging of the home. The home was vacant during the sale, but his digital staging made the home look very livable.

This was a challenging sale. We had many offers, most above asking. However, a few days before closing, we experienced the big 2021 Texas freeze, resulting in broken pipes and significant water damage. The buyers backed out. Within a very few days Charley Wasson had another buyer under contract at the same price. That buyer closed successfully. Charley was on top of it all the way!
