Charley does a great job of planning and marketing House we sold with Charley sold same day we listed it for listed price

Charley and his team were wonderful to work with. They were professional and very knowledgeable of the area. They paid close attention to what we were looking for in a home and were respectful of our time, as we were searching for a home from out of state. I would definitely recommend Charley Wasson to friends and family.

Charley was friendly and took the time to get to know my family. It felt like we were searching for homes with a friend. He never made us feel silly for asking questions and he was very quick to respond and keep us updated. Charley made everything fun and easy. As first time home buyers we were not sure what to expect. He listened and even included my kids in the house hunt. He never was rushed and always got their input as well. Charley was great at at letting us know if something was questionable in a home we were looking at. It never felt like he was just trying to make a sale. He was detailed like he was making this purchase himself. Always gave great input to locations and feedback we needed to make our choice.

My husband and I have been extremely impressed with Charley Wasson's patience and kindness during the long process of searching and finally purchasing our house. His work and actions on our behalf are highly commendable, worthy of praise. Charley Wasson will always have a place in our hearts and our home. We would heartily recommend Charley Wasson to anyone looking to buy or sell their house.

My overall experience has been a wonderful one and I'm impressed not only with my new house but with Charley Wasson as well. He made a somewhat stressful process very seemless... He has my top endorsement. The company is blessed to have him on the team.
