He was very familiar with the San Antonio area and was able to find our perfect home for us. Charley took what we thought we wanted and found us something we really wanted! He was very observant of what we liked in homes and used everything he learned to find the perfect home in an area that we would have never considered previously. We couldn’t be any more happy with his performance! Charley has the perfect personality for this career field. You can tel that he’s a DJ on the side because he is extremely outgoing and I think he would be able to work with with just about anyone. He’s so friendly and very knowledge with his job and the local area. I would recommend to anyone. Charley’s wife Alisa (who I believe also works with Laughy Hilger) was able to show us a home when Charley wasn’t available. She did a great job and I applaud them for working so well together and teaming up to fill any gaps! This is my first time buying a home and I have heard some real horror stories about how awful the experience can be. I can say with absolute certainty that this was a great experience, and I think it’s largely due to Charley’s abilities!

When my Mom decided to leave her home of 42 years in San Antonio to move near me in Greenville, SC, she could not have chosen a better realtor than Charley Wasson.
