We have known Charley Wasson since Summer 2015. We were working on another project at that time but when that didn't complete to our satisfaction, we felt that Charley would be the right person to work with on our next project. We liked Charley's customer service, honesty and communication the very first time we met him even when our expectations generally are on the higher end. We contacted Charley with out a second thought on the current project we completed in June 2016. Charley immediately set up online search based on our needs and wants, scheduled tours based on our availability and filtering. We must have toured at least a couple of dozen different properties with him and never for once Charley was pushing to get the job done. He walked us through each property, called out the pros and cons on not only the property but also the neighborhood, schools, future growth etc. and had always left the decision to us regardless of how soon or late we made the decision on a given property. Once we found the builder to work with Charley negotiated on our behalf based on our comfort with terms, conditions, pricing etc. until the contract was signed. Charley continued to make himself available after the contract was signed every time we had a question and/or needed to negotiate with the builder, checked on the construction progress as he could, emailed us pictures, advised on issues he noticed during the construction notifying the builder simultaneously. He was there for us during the inspections, validating builder's responses (occasionally with an expert in the concerned area) and helping us get through all hurdles and finally close on our new home. Thank you, Charley, for all your help, assistance, guidance and friendship throughout our journey. We would highly recommend your services to anyone having a real estate need. We are sure they will an excellent experience working with you similar to ours.
