One of the reasons we chose Charley and Alisa Wasson was due to Charley sending us a video email, introducing himself. It is a very good marketing tool. During our search for homes, we were in a very competitive market. Charley's advice with respect to how to be successful in the bidding process was very helpful. Both Charley and Alisa were more than pleasant to deal with during this process. They both had a very good knowledge of the area we were searching as well as the type of home we preferred. There were very easy to reach and were both very prompt in getting back to us when we reached out to them. There both were very friendly and a pleasure to work with. The other person we dealt with was Alisa Wasson. She was very proficient, professional and very knowledgeable of the real estate market in the area we were searching. Additionally, she was easy to work with, very friendly and made us feel very comfortable working with her. She and Charley work well together and make an excellent team. The entire process with Charley and Alisa Wasson was our best real estate transaction to date. They listened to what we were looking for and showed us homes in the area we requested as well as the type of home we were interested in. The market, during the time we were looking, was difficult as there were not many homes available and the competition was high. Charley and Alisa were very quick to find new homes when they hit the market for us to view and were readily available to show us the home as soon as it hit the market. There was no delay in looking at newly listed homes which we feel helped us in purchasing a home in this difficult market. Additionally, they were very proficient in the remaining aspects of a real estate sale, i.e., negotiations, inspections, preparation of all contracts and other documents and keeping us apprised of all aspects of the transaction in a timely manner. Our experience with Charley and Alisa Wasson was excellent and we plan on using them again when it comes time for us to look for our forever home in the area.

as I have stated before Charley andl Alisa Wasson are the best realtor team we have ever had the pleasure to work with. They listened to our needs and made sure we found a home that met our needs , and was within our budget.

Awesome experience. Was able to look at houses right away, as soon as they came on the market. Often we were the first ones looking at the houses that had just came on the market. Easy going, always available, communicating constantly and providing great insight. Charley and Alissa are an awesome team and would definetly want them to help us in the near future with our plans.

The overall experience I had with Charley Wasson was professional, knowledgeable, entertaining, funny, ease of communication, and understood my urgency in finding our home. I'm the type of person that communication and understanding is the key that opens all doors because without them in hand you will never be at the final victory of what you want. Charley meant all the requirements and had the pleasure of meeting his wife,(Alisa). I would definitely recommend Charley to family and friends, they would enjoy his humor!! Doing the last walk through I was impressed that Charley also walked the house and questioned the defects to the builder/supervisor that was on site. When you are facing stress during moving from your previous home you can miss many important factors in purchasing a home and Charley helped with getting the inspector to do the inspection. The communication was never an issue with Charley, he understood my issues, concerns, and what I wanted for our family. Overall very satisfied with the whole process.

Charley and Alisa were awesome! I actually found this place on Zillow and reached out to them to inquire as we were on the road at the time! Alisa dropped everything and ran over to give us her opinion! We agreed on an offer, they presented it and we proceeded forward! Was a little odd having to work directly with Zillow, but amazingly enough it all worked out and we are very happy! Thanks again!

This was an unexpected and quick purchase that we made. Charley and Alisa were very helpful from finding and showing houses to a quick closing!

Have worked with Charley on numerous occasions He goes above and beyond to make sure all aspects of the sale are fluid He handles walkthroughs, home inspections and makes sure all aspects of the sale are seamless.

Charley and Alisa Wasson were amazing. My wife and I are so appreciative of the service and work they provided. They spoke to us as if we were family and genuinely cared about us and where we were going to reside. I have recommended Charley to several of my friends within the area already and will continue to do so.
